I hesitated before buying this chicken coop, because some of the reviews were bad. When we had finished the climb (very easy!) ; I found it very cute and very... small! And then I bought 2 chickens (a redhead and a harco large breed) and they, well, they were adopted immediately. At the present time, they feel perfectly fine! When you see the live animals we see that they are always bonded to one another for sleeping (we can accommodate 4 hens), 2 troughs are sufficient since they do not lay eggs at the same time (sometimes I find 2 eggs in the same trough). The only reproach that can be done and it is not superfluous, it is the lack of outdoor space: it is impossible to leave 1 or 2 hens in tiny pens. For me, the door is open and they spend their whole day in the garden. They never go in the hen house.
